At TheIndiArt, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return and refund process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including customized or personalized products made specifically for you, perishable goods, digital products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page. Additionally, products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact.theindiart@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We take quality very seriously and will investigate every such report thoroughly.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact.theindiart@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photographs of the product if applicable. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Please do not ship the product back without receiving confirmation and a return authorization from our team.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost and arrange a pickup from your address. If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. TheIndiArt is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For payments made via UPI or bank transfer, refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, if the item shows obvious signs of use, is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned after the 7-day return window. Each case is evaluated individually by our team, and we strive to be fair and transparent in all our decisions.

8. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory management. If you need assistance with this process, our support team is happy to help.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact.theindiart@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the item is delivered. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
